Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Christian Author Shop’s products, all products sold on the site are final. If you have download issues with any of our products, we will work with you to make sure you are able to download the product. Gift cards to the Christian Author Shop are non-transferable and non-refundable. We are here for you if you need customer support. You may email us at support@christianauthorshop.com.

The Christian Author Shop and Square Tree Publishing stand behind our work in a professional and ethical manner. If your service has not started, you have 14-days to request a refund. After the service has commenced or fulfilled, you will not be eligible for a refund. Any refunds for services will incur a 6% fee.
